NEW YORK — Tucked in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, Foragers City Grocer’s second store doesn’t have a big footprint — only 3,700 square feet — but still manages to fit in a restaurant, a coffee bar and a prepared food section on top of the usual departments. The store’s offerings are carefully curated, with an emphasis on local and artisan products. Foragers’ produce department even sources vegetables, fruits, and eggs from its own farm. This produce is also incorporated into meals served in the restaurant and prepared food departments.
