Gathered Foods, makers of Good Catch plant-based seafood, has launched Plant-Based Salmon Burgers, which have a delicate texture and mild-yet-rich flavor, the company said. The burgers have 16 grams of plant protein per serving and can be used to make a classic salmon burger or as a topping to a salad or mac and cheese.
