Silver Fern Farms has partnered with grocers in the Northeast and Midwest to bring New Zealand venison to U.S. consumers. The brand offers 1-pound ground venison in vacuum-packed packaging. The animals are humanely raised on free-range pastures and processed according to international quality-assurance standards, Silver Fern Farms said.
