Sprouts Celebrates New Store With Steep Discounts

PHOENIX — Sprouts Farmers Market here is opening its 13th California location on Wednesday with deals on fresh foods for opening week.
The 31,000-square-foot market in Thousand Oaks will feature deals including 50% off all cuts of organic beef. And, a variety of produce will be on sale for 49 cents per pound. Made-to-order sandwiches from the deli, normally priced at $3.99, will be on sale for $3.
There will be a $1, $2 and $5 sale on a wide variety of popular items through Sunday, May 16, as well. And, all purchases will be bagged in green reusable Sprouts bags all day on Wednesday.
The new location gives Sprouts a total of 49 locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas. Sprouts is also scheduled to open new stores in Culver City, Sunnyvale and Valencia, Calif., later this year.
