Ball’s Food Stores to get 15 Clinics

Ball’s Food Stores has partnered with MedBasics, Irving, Texas, to open 15 in-store health clinics in Price Chopper Stores and Hen House Markets in the Kansas City area, the companies said yesterday.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Ball’s Food Stores here has partnered with MedBasics, Irving, Texas, to open 15 in-store health clinics in Price Chopper Stores and Hen House Markets in the Kansas City area, the companies said yesterday. Ball’s expects to open the first clinic in late summer. Medbasics said Tuesday it is also planning to open five clinics by the end of the year inside Pine Bluff, Ark.-based USA Drug Stores, with a total of 60 openings planned over the next three years.
