YORK, Pa. — United Natural Foods here yesterday said it would lease a new warehouse facility here encompassing 675,000 square feet, replacing an existing facility in New Oxford, Pa. The warehouse, which will be the largest of United’s 21 distribution centers, will serve retailers in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia. The Dayville, Conn.-based company said it would seek LEED certification for the facility.
