Allegiance Names Donnelly Meat/Seafood Director

ISELIN, N.J. — Allegiance Retail Services on Wednesday said Raymond Donnelly has been appointed director of meat and seafood.

ISELIN, N.J. — Allegiance Retail Services on Wednesday said Raymond Donnelly has been appointed director of meat and seafood.

 Donnelly has more than 32 years of experience in the supermarket business and most recently served as director of meat and seafood for Fairway Market. He began his career at Kings Super Markets and later joined Pathmark, eventually becoming a senior category manager for beef, lamb, pork and veal. In 2006 he moved to A&P’s Food Emporium division as director of meat and seafood and joined Fairway earlier this year.

“Ray’s previous record of success, coupled with his extensive background in merchandising, ad development and creating store-level training and development programs, will be invaluable as we continue our expansion into the independent marketplace,” Michael Stolarz, president and chief operating officer of Allegiance, said in a statement.
