Certified Grocers Midwest Selects Training Program for Warehouse Managers

HODGKINS, Ill. -- Certified Grocers Midwest here has selected Tom Zosel Associates, Chicago, to train its warehouse managers in management skills such as delegating, communicating, resolving conflict and motivating associates, Tom Zosel Associates announced yesterday. In a statement, Todd Avery, director of distribution operations at Certified Grocers Midwest, said, “Due to the successful results of TZA‘s initial skill-building sessions, we decided to have TZA deliver its full-fledged management training curriculum to our warehouse supervisors, so that they can carry out their management responsibilities confidently.”
