Potash Bros., a two-store independent in Chicago, and Crosby’s Markets, with six stores in Massachusetts, are among the 13 new independent retailers using “RAPS” price optimization software from Revionics, Sacramento, Calif., Revionics announced yesterday.

CHICAGO — Potash Bros., a two-store independent here, and Crosby’s Markets, with six stores in Massachusetts, are among the 13 new independent retailers using “RAPS” price optimization software from Revionics, Sacramento, Calif., Revionics announced yesterday. The software, which is provided on a pay-as-you-go pricing model, recommends optimal prices that improve profitability without impacting customer loyalty, said Revionics. Potash Brothers will optimize prices to grow its foot traffic and share of wallet. Crosby’s Markets will partner with C&S Wholesale Grocery and Revionics to drive its price strategy.
