RILA Names Siegel VP of Sustainability

ARLINGTON, Va. — The Retail Industry Leaders Association here said Tuesday it has named Adam Siegel vice president of sustainability and retail operations, effective at the end of August.

ARLINGTON, Va. — The Retail Industry Leaders Association here said Tuesday it has named Adam Siegel vice president of sustainability and retail operations, effective at the end of August.

He will oversee the association's sustainability offerings, directing both RILA’s Retail Sustainability Initiative (RSI) and the Environmental Sustainability and Compliance Conference (ESCC), while also leading a number of other operational activities for the association.

Siegel has consulted for several companies, including Staples, IBM, and Seventh Generation, as well as for entities in the transportation and energy sectors. He has experience with the Environmental Defense Fund’s Corporate Partnerships Program, where he worked with the private equity firm KKR and its portfolio companies.

“With his diverse background and unique experiences, Adam will leverage RILA’s success in sustainability to date and drive a new phase of growth for sustainability at RILA and for our retail members,” said Casey Chroust, executive vice president of retail operations for the association.
