MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Roundy's here said it has hired two new senior executives: Don P. Hamblen as chief marketing officer and Jessie W. Terry as chief human resource officer.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Roundy's here said Friday it has hired two new senior executives: Don P. Hamblen as chief marketing officer and Jessie W. Terry as chief human resource officer.

Hamblen succeeds Ronald Cooper, group vice president, marketing; and Terry succeeds Colleen J. Stehold, group vice president, human resources, both of whom have retired, according to a company spokeswoman.

Hamblen was formerly senior vice president, customer marketing, for Family Dollar Stores, Matthews, N.C.; earlier in his career he was chief marketing officer for Sears. Terry was formerly senior human resource leader at Oscar Mayer, a division of Kraft Foods.

Robert Mariano, Roundy's chairman, president and chief executive officer, said both Hamblen and Terry have "extensive public company experience and perspective. Don will provide us with fresh marketing perspectives and ideas that will help us better understand and connect with our customers, while Jess brings us strong human resource expertise to help us further build our team and drive organizational excellence that can support the growth of our business."
