SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Big Y Foods here has completed the implementation across its 61 locations of workforce planning systems from Logile, Southlake, Texas.

The systems include the hosted Enterprise Labor Model, Sales and Labor Planning, and Performance Management and Reporting.

“Logile’s workforce planning solution has unique features that help us better plan our labor scheduling and as a result has helped us to control our labor costs,” said Jim Killian, Big Y’s director of workforce management, in a statement.
