Gallery: ‘Future Foods’ on parade in Brooklyn

A collection of food entrepreneurs and nascent brands presented their takes on the future of food as part of the Future Food Expo at the Taste Talks event Sept. 13 and 14 in Brooklyn, N.Y.

The expo, held for the first time this year, was part of the annual Taste Talks event. It provided a sampling of wares produced in Brooklyn — a borough organizers called “an international epicenter of the food movement” and “America’s test kitchen.”

Following are photos of the products exhibitors had on hand.
