What’s the best part of your job?
Throughout my career, and especially now, I love building businesses, programs and capabilities that improve customers’ lives or that help companies serve their customers. There is nothing more rewarding than bringing something forward that nobody thought about and then can’t live without once they try it. Getting to do this every day, with the best teams in the industry, is incredibly rewarding.
What inspires your leadership approach?
I’m inspired and energized every day by the amazing capability in people. I spend most of my time helping folks challenge norms, look into the future and then build things to realize that future. When I can help them visualize the outcome and then work to help break down barriers to success, they achieve big things. To me, supporting people to be as great as they can, that’s what leadership is about.
What do you cherish most about being a part of the industry?
It’s pretty amazing that we have a chance to serve millions of customers in very important ways. As we all work together to better accomplish this, there is nothing more dear to me than the great friends I’ve made over the years.
